Proprietor and hands-on operator, Tom Fredo has been building quality homes in the Farmington Valley since 1982. Following in the skilled path of his father Tom Fredo Sr., owner of Connecticut Valley Land Developers, Inc., whom in his time built hundreds of homes throughout Connecticut, Tom continues the custom of providing a pleasurable building experience to numerous residents here in Granby. 

Starting with the moment you sit down with Tom to choose custom features, view him excavating the property, to the walk through before you mark the first day of ownership, you will see Tom daily on site overseeing every last detail. In addition to providing the community with unique custom homes for their families, Tom attends Valley Brook Community Church every Sunday with his wife Sage and their five children. Tom is a familiar face you will see long after your home is complete.
